Coming from a psychology background, it has always been my fascination and priority to truly understand people’s journeys and contexts in- and outside of any product or system. I am experienced in leading end-to-end design processes—gathering insights on human behaviors, strategizing for business vision, and translating into design execution. I value a well thought-out complex flow that anticipates and builds trust with its user. I am strong in relationship building, leveraging facilitation experience and workshop techniques to bring teams and stakeholders together toward a shared mission. I am analytical, deliberative, adaptable, and quick to pick up new domain knowledge.
